Q1. Why is the fur on your hamster fur smooth in the shop and how come mine at home is not smooth what is the secret? Question by chengxxx@xxx.com
A1: We give our hamster bathing sand and change it every 2 days. We also use corn cob beding and change it regulary once every 2 weeks. We also feed our hamster selected premium food that can help maintain it skin and its furly coat. Want to know what type of food come look for Jennifer !
Q2. How can we tell whether the hamster is pregnant ? Question by chengxxx@xxx.com
A1: You can observe a few key behaviours and appearances , observe for a week. Feed it normally, treat it normally, train it normally, do everything completely normally. In a week time, if its pregnant, it will become fatter and a bit slower and eating more than ever, it will often make nests or just one outside of its normal bed. The pregnancy period usually last for 2 weeks.
